On today's episode we speak with Kelly Merrell. You may know Kelly as one of the main bartenders/mixologists at Disney's Trader Sam's Adventure Bar. We recorded this episode at this year's Tiki Kon event as he was gearing up for the Iron Tikitender Competition later that evening. Kelly talks about the process and creative mindset that went behind crafting his strategy for that competition. The competition was close between Kelly and his fellow competitors Jeanie and Mark and as a first hand witness to the process that weekend I really enjoyed watching the friendly camaraderie that developed between all 3 of those competitors!
